Britney Spears was spotted on her way to Bally’s Total Fitness for another rigurious workout, in preparation for her comeback album! Either these pics are dofing some serious justice..or Britneys body is bomb.

Last week, Usher took some time out of his busy schedule, to chat with U.K newspaper, The Daily Mail, where he mentioned his disire to collaborate with former rival, Justin Timberlake on the re-release of his current album, "Here I Stand".

I know Im a geek...but what can I say. This week, Bill Gates unveiles what is now being called "Windows 7", the next addition to Microsofts Windows Family. This version includes a completely re-worked windows interface, that supports Microsoft touch, which incorporates Microsofts new technology "Surface." Keri Hilson - Energy [Full]

"Entertainment Weekly" handpicked songwriter-turned-singer Keri Hilson for their Summer Music Preview issue.

The ATL-based singer picked over 200 songs before finalizing her debut record lineup. Keri also talked with "EW" about five tracks including her Justin Timberlake-collaboration, "Slow Dance" and her lead single, "Energy". "Slow Dance": Justin Timberlake co-wrote this ode to the slow jams of the late '70s and early '80s. "Some of my favorite songs come from that time. Vocally, I thknk it's one of my best performances."

"Energy": Written and produced by the Runways (Natasha Bedingfield's "Love Like This"), this break-up groove - a potential first single - instantly got Timbaland's stamp of approval. "He loved it so much that he didn't want to touch it. Very rare."

"When I Grow Up" is the official first single from The Pussycat Dolls. It was produced by Darkchild.

This track is str8 fire if you ask me. It has potential to be the first single.

Ciara - Supernatural [Snippet]

Remember the Bryan Michal Cox production "Echo" that failed to make the "Here I Stand" album release? Well looks Usher and B.Cox had other ideas for this track.

Ciara recently confirmed with MTV that "Echo" is now slated for her third solo album "Fantasy Ride" and could include some additional vocals from Chris Brown, or a feature from one of todays rap acts. [Though I have nothing but love for Lil Wayne....If he makes his way on this track somehow...I'm gonna hang myself from my apartment.]

Its gonna be hard to hear Ciara doing this one since my mind frame is set on Ushers version, but I know Ciaras talented...and will make this her own. It woulda made sense for her to feature Usher himself on the track...I dunno........

The Tricky Stewart-produced lead single, "High Price" features Ludacris. Ciara recently talked with "EW" about are 2 other possible tracks, "Work" & "When I".

Fantasy Ride will be released as a three disc album rather than all the tracks on a single CD. Five to six songs will be featured on each disc supplying a different theme. The first disc entitled "Groove City" contains slow jams similar to Ciara's Evolution single, "Promise". The second disc called "Crunktown" includes crunk-influenced tracks reminiscing Ciara's debut single, "Goodies". The third disc named "Kingdom of Dance" provides up-tempo house and freestyle cuts. After their initial collaboration on "Everybody" and "Toy Soldier", off her latest disc "Blackout", pop star Britney Spears is back in the studio crafting new hits with producer Jonathan "J.R." Rotem (Christina Milian, Jesse McCartney) and singer/songwriter Sean "The Pen" Garrett (Jennifer Hudson, Usher Raymond) for her 6th studio album with Jive Records.

The first official track slated for the mew project is "All The Way", written by Cathy Dennis. [Who also pinned "Toxic" which was Britneys first Top 10 Single since Oops I Did It Again. "All The Way" was produced by Jack Splash (Beyonce Knowles, Estelle Swaray) and Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald (Kelly Clarkson, Avril Lavigne).

I'm personally a fan of Britney Spears. Unfortunately, she lives a life that forfeits her right to make mistakes in the public eye. I feel strongly this could be her own personal comeback album. Blackout, was an attempt to comeback, but just had poor timing and no promotion.[IF YOU ASK ME] More power to you Britney.

This version in official. Its pretty much the same as far as T.I. parts are concerned, but on this track, Skye sings the Chorus and ad-libs over T.I.'s verses. "No Matter What" is the first single from T.I.'S 6th studio album, Paper Trail, in stores August 12th.
